One of America's most famous and iconic cities, Dallas lies in the state of Texas and is famous for its business sense and vast banking empire. Full of glassy skyscrapers and many other stunning buildings, the city of Dallas is busy all through the year, although things become especially hectic each October, when the Texas State Fair is held.
Dallas in served by three airports, with the Love Field Airport (DAL) being the second in size. However, Love Field Airport is situated considerably close than the much larger Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and stands just minutes to the northwest of the downtown district.

Dallas is one of America's biggest cities and has a population of more than 1.2 million people. The city's contains three particularly interesting neighborhoods, all of which are worth exploring to their fullest. Downtown Dallas, the Cultural District and also the Stockyards area are all located close to each other and connected by a number of main roads and highways.
The Fort Worth Conventional and Visitors Bureau features a main office along Throckmorton Street and further outlets in the Stockyards - on East Exchange Avenue, and in the city's Cultural District - on West Lancaster Avenue.
The downtown district of Dallas is centered around Sundance Square, which encompasses around 14 blocks. This area includes a variety of stylish architecture, lively restaurants, plenty of bars and a number of notable museums, such as the Sid Richardson Collection of Western Art along Main street, which features free admission.
Many further museums are concentrated in the Cultural District of Dallas. These include the acclaimed Kimbell Art Museum on Camp Bowie Boulevard, and the striking Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth along Darnell Street. In the Stockyards National Historic District, the Stockyards Museum and the Stockyards Station are amongst the main attractions and can both be found on East Exchange Avenue
